Why is important to learn a cultural diversity:
It is an important for any person to learn about the cultural for the country to learn how to deal with the people.

The best age:
If the person they reach in 18 years, they can understand of the culture and compare about the meaning and they can to connect with other people and change the ideas and talk about other different culture from the country.

The most interesting:
The most interesting about the cultural diversity is that in every class we learn something new, and in all class we learn about the cultural for the country.

Harmony day:
United Arab Emirates today reach an international level so hosted a harmony they all of country come to view our cultures.
First of all the best to do these days in December because it’s a festival day in my country (National day of United Arab Emirates). And all people pursuit of culture of UAE so they help to increase of c other countries comes to see.
Other ways the National day in Emirates in 2 December in 3 December I suggest the west of Asia view the cultures of country and tomorrow in 4 December the east of Asia and Europe country show the cultures and compare about the ideas. In the last day 5 December the Africa and north and South America talk about the history and view the different cultures and explain what they have in her country.

Exercise #8b:
In our Emirati culture we have many cultural dimensions. Our first culture dimension is that, I and the other citizens are high context, we communicate with each other easily, trust each other because of the old tradition that we learned from our grandparents. The second cultural dimension is that we are collectivism. The third one is that we are a low power distance, where we can give and get from our leaders. Furthermore, Emirati citizens are all equal to each other such as employees, managers, and leaders. In UAE, there is high uncertainty avoidance, while compared to Jamaica and Singapore which are the two lowest countries in uncertainty avoidance. Finally, we as the Emiraties we are social orientation, like we do everything in a group because of the laziness of us that we cannot work alone, also we stick together as a one family.

 Reflection:

In this video, I learned many things such as: that our country well known among all nations, and that our country maintains its heritage to now and uses it. The second thing I learned is that the United Arab Emirates attracts tourists and treat them good treatment. United Arab Emirates has some unique things that make it more beautiful than some countries for tourism. Heritage of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) available in the museums and the old in some areas in the state. Available in the United Arab Emirates all it takes tourists to enjoy. There are a large number of people are strangers in the United Arab Emirates and this affects the local people in the state.
